About the Role
We are looking for a skilled AI Engineer to join our team and help build intelligent, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions. You will work on model development, optimization, deployment, and end-to-end automation to support various business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models
- Build scalable AI pipelines and integrate them into existing systems
- Work with large datasets for preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Implement NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics solutions
- Deploy models into production using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: data engineers, product managers, and software developers
- Monitor model performance and improve accuracy, latency, and efficiency
- Research emerging AI technologies and recommend their adoption
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Experience with deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers)
- Familiarity with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow)
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning
- Knowledge of reinforcement learning, generative AI, or vector databases
- Experience deploying real-time AI applications
- Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects
